Easy to assemble, install and maintain
The installation of the RAINMASTER Favorit rainwater system is extremely easy. It comes delivered complete with flexible hoses (mains water, intake line) and shut-off valve.
Mall mounting
The RAINMASTER Favorit is installed, via bracket rails, on the wall.
Connection to mains water pipe
The connection to the mains water inlet is established via the provided shut-off valve and flexible hose with gland screws.
Pressure pipe connection
The pressure connection set consisting of shut-off valve and vent cock is connected to the equipment using a flexible hose.
Suction pipe connection
The connection to the rainwater tank is established via an intake pipe.
Emergency overflow
The equipment is connected to the house drainage system using an HT pipe DN50.
Sensor technology
The float switch is aligned in the tank (above the intake) and connected to the base controller in the main unit.
Pump filling
Centrifugal pumps must be primed with water before starting. This must be done in the case of RAINMASTER Favorit. The rainwater system is manually switched to mains water feed. The pump is automatically filled with water via the built-in 3/2 way ball valve.
Expansion vessel
The installation of a minimum 24 litre expansion vessel is recommended with RAINMASTER F. This increases the service life of the system.
A small expansion vessel of approx. 24 l is provided with the RAINMASTER F-SC in order to ensure optimum pressure control.
Start-up operation
The start-up operation is done easily:
- Automatic filling of pump via supplemental feeding reservoir
- Important instruction: Pump should not run dry !
- Plug in equipment power cord
- Evacuate the air of the system via vent cock
- Close the vent cock when the water flows in without any bubbles
- Open the pressure cut off valve and evacuate the air from the pressure (house) line
- Fit unit cover
Parallel start-up operation of one to three RAINMASTER Favorit SC units
- Each unit runs separately
- The Bluetooth connection between each unit is automatically established
- Fit the unit cover
- The level of pressure set at one RAINMASTER Favorit SC is taken up by the other units connected in parallel.
Finished! Now the system is ready to save water.
